Name of the Post :

• Branch Manager (Branch Banking)
• Assistant Branch Manager (Branch Banking)
• Manager (IT)
• Assistant Manager (IT)
• Ex-Bnakers – VRS – Optees

Education Qualification :

• Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager (Branch Banking) :  Any Graduate. C.A. / I.C.W.A. / C.S. / M.B.A. will be an added advantage.
• Manager / Assistant Manager (IT) : B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science OR Masters Programming in Advanced Computer languages with minimum 50% passing percentage along with the requisite certifications in Development, Software Support, Software Testing, Networking, Network Security, ATM Switch Management, Banking Software Management disciplines.

Age Limit :

• BM  (Branch Banking) : Around 35 to 38 years
• ABM (BB) / Asst. Manager (IT) : Around 30 years
• Manager :  Around 33 years
• Ex-Bankers / VRS – Optees : Around 55 – 58 years

Experience :

• BM / ABM (BB) : Minimum of 3 years experience in any reputed Commercial / Co-op Bank as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager of a medium / large size branch. OR Minimum 5 years experience in any Subsidiary in Public or Private Sector Banks / Foreign Banks / Non Banking Financial Institutions / Co-operative Credit Societies / BPOs of Financial Institutions in Officer/ Supervisory capacity.
• Manager (IT) : Minimum 5 years experience in Software Development preferably aligned to bank / Financial Institution/Company or Hardware knowledge.
• Asst. Manager (IT) : minimum of 3 years experience in Software Development preferably aligned to bank / Financial Institution/Company or Hardware knowledge.
• Ex-Bankers / VRS – Optees : The Candidates should have exposure in Credit and inclination for proactive Marketing initiatives.
