The Recruitment Rules & Jobs Details are as follows. The recruitment will be conducted on the basis of scores in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering conducted by IITs. So Candidates should appear for GATE – 2013 exam in order to be eligible for MECL Recruitment.  The Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria as per Notification NO 01/Rectt/2012 can apply for online for MECL Jobs Vacancy

Name of the Post : Engineering Trainees

Total No. of Vacancies :  40 Posts

• Geology: 15 vacancies
• Geophysics: 05 vacancies
• Mechanical Engineering: 20 vacancies

Education Qualification : M.Sc / M.tech (Geophysical Technology) / B.E /B.Sc (Engg.)

Age Limit (As on 31-01-2013) : Maximum 28 Years.

Pay Scale / Salary : Rs. 16,400/- – 40,500 /-

Selection Procedure : On Merit ( of GATE-2013)  -Group Discussion – psychometric test – Personal Interview

• Download the admit card and receipt of GATE registration number
• Log on to MECL Recruitment website to apply online the link provided below
• Fill the required information including GATE-2013 registration number carefully  and Submit.
• Take a print out of completed application. affix recent PP size color photograph, sign and keep safely for future reference
